Shipping Policy
General information:
All orders are processed in 2-4 days. Remember that most of our jewelry is designed and handcrafted, so it takes a bit more time to get it ready. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
During high season or sale events, order processing may take a little longer, but you will be updated throughout the process via email.
Shipping Rates:
Orders are shipped via USPS for $6.
Shipping Process:
After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. Once we process your order, you will receive another email detailing tracking number and delivery status. We will keep you updated during the process. USPS provides an delivery time estimate, and, while most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of our control (such as natural disasters, weather, holidays, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. Lost or Stolen Packages:
Please contact your shipping carrier if a package is lost or stolen after delivery.
Return to Sender, Incorrect Address:
MV by Maria Victoria is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer during checkout. If a wrong address is provided upon checkout, please contact us within 3 hours of purchase to fix it. If the package is returned to our workshop due to an error in the shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Returns & Exchanges
You may receive an item exchanged or refunded by following these steps:
1. You must fill out the form below within seven (7) days after delivery of your package to request an exchange or replacement.
2. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was sent and received, including original packaging.
3. We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to the original purchase return. You must cover your shipping costs.
4. All purchase items from the SALE section are a FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Because of the nature of pierced earrings, all earrings are FINAL SALE.
6. Customized orders are always a FINAL SALE.
7. The color of the image can slightly vary from one computer monitor to another. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item or if you have any doubts or questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.
8. If you purchase an item that arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us immediately so we can work upon an exchange or refund. Include photos of the damaged items for review.
9. Allow up to 10 days after we receive your pieces to manage your exchange or refund.
10. In case an item has become missing or lost, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps with the United States Postal Service and file an insurance claim. Keep in mind that MV by Maria Victoria is not responsible for any item that has been missing or lost in transit once the order is dropped off for shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you by email.
